How about

Bangladeshi talents?

7  reasons

why we recommend Bangladeshi talents

1.  Excellent skilled  engineers are available

The nation is focusing on science education, offers specialized science courses and schools from middle school. There are many high-level, highly qualified engineers with mathematical backgrounds available, producing tens of thousands of university engineering graduates each year.

Some of the best students go on to and study at universities in Europe, the United States, and Japan, and some students startup business in Silicon Valley in the IT field.

Many of the best IT professionals in Bangladesh are employed by major IT companies in the United States, such as Amazon, Apple, Intel, Google, Microsoft, IBM, and Oracle, and some work for the NASA.

In addition to the IT field, talented human resources in fields such as machinery, electricity / electronics, and construction are active at foreign-affiliated companies in Bangladesh and overseas.

2. High English Ability

Bangladeshi students learn English from primary school, and most university graduates are fluent in English as second language.

Many young people are motivated to work globally by utilizing their skills, and are highly motivated to study and improve their language skills in addition to their specialized skills.

3. Competitive labor costs

The average monthly salary of software engineers is around 20,000 Bangladeshi Taka (approximately 25,000 JPY) for new graduates, and about 40,000 Bangladeshi Taka (approximately 50,000 JPY) for those who have 4 or 5 years of experience, which is cheaper than ASEAN countries.

According to a 2017 JETRO survey, the quality of Bangladeshi employees, the abundance of talented resources, the retention rate, the low labor costs and the abundance of the labor force are among the highest in Asia.

4. Pro-Japanese country

Japan is the largest economic aid country for Bangladesh, with Japan's Prime Minister Abe announcing that he will provide 600 billion JPY in next 4-5 years when he visited Bangladesh in 2014. In addition, there are many pro-Japanese people since Bangladesh Liberation War which Japan supported Bangladesh's side, and there are still many people who are interested in Japan.

It is also noteworthy characteristic that there is a certain number of people who want to work in Japan more than other countries.

In addition, their calmness and hardworking national characteristics are compatible with Japanese people.

Five.  Continuously rapid economic growth

It has been stably maintaining a GDP growth rate of around 6%, and is expected to maintain this growth rate in the future.

Bangladesh is one of the NEXT11 countries, and they keep growing economically with a domestic population of over 160 million.

6.  Young and skilled workforce

The average age is very young and the population is expected to continue to grow, reaching a total population of 190 million by 2040.

As of 2016, Bangladesh had a working population of approximately 72.04 million (Japan: approximately 76.96 million), of which more than 1 million are employed in the IT and IT outsourcing sectors.

About 50% of the total population is under 25, and the working population is increasing every year.

7. Increasing number of Internet users

The number of Internet users is about 80 million, and it is the 5th largest in Asia after Japan.
